FxSound is now open-source and we're looking for contributors
Unfortunately we are facing some bug issues with 5.1 and 7.1 setups that is making usage of FxSound and DFX using 5.1 and 7.1 difficult for some users.
A possible workaround is to make sure your surround-sound system is set to accept a stereo signal, as this allows FxSound to process your audio correctly and hands off the spatial positioning to your own hardware.
If you are encountering these problems and have purchased either DFX or FxSound, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Now that FxSound is free and we've moved to a donation model we've had to discontinue active customer support, but you can get help from the community at the new FxSound Forum.
