Getting the Licensing Log Files

When we run into issues around your subscription access, we may need to take a look at some of the log files that handle licensing for our software. This will help us track down the issue and get some troubleshooting steps out to you asap.

1) Go to the Windows Search Bar

2) Enter %TEMP%\FxSound\

3) Open the folder

4) Copy the log file

5) Send us the file ending in .log (it might be too big of a file to send by email, so you can upload it here and send us the link)

If you're not seeing a .log file, it should be the only text file in this folder. It will also likely be the largest file in the folder.
